Mind on the Tee is a supportive, confidence first community for women who want to start golf or return to playing, but don’t feel comfortable doing it alone.
Many women don’t struggle with ability they struggle with confidence, belonging, and not knowing who to play with. Mind on the Tee exists to change that.
Why Mind on the Tee exists
Asking someone to play can feel awkward.
Turning up to a golf club alone can feel intimidating.
Worrying about being judged can stop women from ever starting.

Mind on the Tee is currently growing locally in East Devon and West Dorset, starting with small pilot sessions.
As the community grows, more locations and opportunities may be explored.
About the founder
Mind on the Tee was created by a female beginner golfer who understands how intimidating golf can feel not because of skill, but because of confidence and connection.
The community is rooted in lived experience, holistic support, and the belief that confidence grows when people feel safe and supported.
