🌱 Phase 1: Regulate (Weeks 1–3)
Stabilising your nervous system
You’ll learn:
- how burnout shows up in your body and emotions
- simple grounding and regulation practices
- how to move out of constant fight‑or‑flight
Outcome: feeling calmer, safer, and less reactive
🌱 Phase 2: Reframe (Weeks 4–6)
Understanding beliefs, identity, and over‑responsibility
You’ll explore:
- people‑pleasing and self‑worth tied to doing
- patterns of guilt, obligation, and over‑giving
- how to reconnect with yourself compassionately
Outcome: less self‑blame, more clarity and choice
🌱 Phase 3: Reclaim (Weeks 7–9)
Boundaries, energy, and capacity
You’ll work on:
- identifying where your energy leaks
- setting realistic boundaries
- reshaping daily rhythms to protect your wellbeing
